Ingredients:
3/4 big Rainbow Evaporated milk can
3/4 big Nestle Sweet Condensed milk can
4 Eggs
1 liter of Full cream milk
1 cup Yoghurt

Method:

Prepare cottage cheese from milk
Warm 1 liter Milk & add 1 cup yoghurt and let the milk boil till it curdles and water separates from cheese & sieve it

Blend together Rainbow evaporated milk till it almost doubles then add eggs , add sweet condensed milk ( reduce the quantity to your desired sweetness) & add prepared cottage cheese to the mixture.

Bake it in the oven on 150 degrees till golden crust forms and fork comes out clean.

Best served chilled 

Top it up with blueberries, strawberries & Mangoes , Maple syrup.
